eine Rekonstruktion des Organisationsbegriffes des organisationssoziologischen Neo-Institutionalismus

Der organisationssoziologische Neo-Institutionalismus (osNI) hat es bisher vermieden, sich explizit mit seinem Organisationsverständnis auseinander zu setzen. Diese Lücke versucht die Diplomarbeit mit einem theorieinternen Vergleich anhand des analytischen Instruments des Organisationsbegriffes zu schließen.
Es wurden zwei Zeitperioden definiert, einerseits die Gründungsphase des osNI Ende der 1970erJahre und andererseits die Gegenwart ab dem Jahr 2000, für jeden Zeitraum relevante Texte ausgewählt und aus diesen implizite Hinweise auf die Organisationskonzeption rekonstruiert.
Der Vergleich der Rekonstruktionen der unterschiedlichen Perioden schärfte die Rekonstruktionen und als Ergebnis wurde ein Vorschlag für einen osNI-Organisationsbegriff erstellt.

As Organizational Institutionalism has not yet discussed its understanding of organization, within this final thesis, it is tried to reconstruct implicit references to the organizational conception of the theory.
Therefore two different time periods were conceptualized for using them in a comparison with the theory: foundation period and recent developments. From each of this time space relevant articels were selected for the reconstruction.
At the end an institutional conception of organization is offered.
