Abstract (deu)
Die Hauptkomponenten von Peru Balsam wurden mittels SPME und SFE extrahiert und anschließend über GC-FID und GC-MS identifiziert und quantifiziert. Je höher die angewandte Extraktonstemperatur, umso mehr Sesquiterpene und auch weniger-flüchtige Komponenten konnten extrahiert werden. Mit Spme konnten mehr Inhaltsstoffe extrahiert werden als mit SFE. Weiters wurden Experimente durchgeführt um eine HPLC-Methode zu entwickeln,mit der man die Hauptbestandteile von peru Balsam detektieren und quantifizieren kann.

By applying extraction methods, such as SPME and SFE, various constituents of Peru Balsam were identified and quantified. the experiments show an increased extraction of sesquiterpenes and other less volatile components when higher extraction temperatures are applied. It`s evident that with SPME more constituents can be extracted than with SFE. Further an HPLC method was developed,which can be applied to detect and quantify the most characteristic constituents of Peru Balsam.
