Diese Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem europäischen Integrationsforum als Instrument der Einbeziehung von Organisationen migrantischer Frauen in die Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen europäischen Integrationspolitik. Unter Verwendung der theoretischen Ansätze framing, discursive opportunity structures, der Theorie der Intersektionalität sowie der Postkolonialen Theorie wird untersucht, ob eine tendenzielle offene oder geschlossene discursive opportunity structure gegenüber der Partizipation migrantischer Selbstorganisationen am Integrationsforum besteht. Außerdem wird die Frage beantwortet, ob das Integrationsforum als offener Raum der Partizipation von Selbstorganisationen von Migrantinnen wahrgenommen wird und welche mobilisierenden Faktoren für eine Teilnahme am Forum bestehen. Die Arbeit zeigt, dass die discursive opportunity structure für Organisationen von Migrantinnen hinsichtlich einer Teilnahme am Forum verengt ist, was durch die Wahrnehmung des Integrationsforums seitens der Vertreterinnen migrantischer Selbstorganisationen bestätigt wurde.

This diploma thesis deals with the European Integrationforum as an instrument for the inclusion of migrant women organizations in the development of a common European integration policy. The theoretical and methodological framework used to answer the question whether the discursive opportunity structure for the participation of migrant women organizations tends to be open or closed combines the approaches “framing”, “discursive opportunity structures”, the theory of intersectionality and the postcolonial theory. Furthermore are the research questions answered whether the Integrationforum is perceived as an open space for the participation of self-organizations of migrant women and which mobilizing factors are essential regarding the participation at the meetings of the Forum. The main finding of this study is that the discursive opportunity structure for the participation of migrant women organizations in the Integrationforum is limited which could be confirmed by the perception of interviewed representatives of migrant women organizations of the Integrationforum.
