Abstract (eng)
This thesis focuses on the subject of intersexuality and its implementation in the curricula of pedagogical education. The first approach was to write about intersex as a biological „sex“ and social „gender“, and in this context respectively also about their construction. The data required for an empirical research was collected by interviews with experts, who were questioned by the author of this thesis. By means of analysis and interpretation of the seven interviews the primary research question was developed: “At the present time and in the future, what value does the subject of intersexuality have in the curricula of academic pedagogical education in Austria?” As a result the fact that intersex is mentioned in connection to other subjects in various courses, but is not independently positioned in the course program was identified.
