This dataset covers ordinal-level abundance of invertebrates before and after three wildfire events in South Australia, Australia. Invertebrates were collected every six months using two trapping methods (pitfall traps, sweep netting) from four sites: Flinders Chase National Park (two fire events: December 2007; December 2019), Pelican Lagoon Research Centre (unburnt), Scott Creek Conservation Park (one fire event: January 2021), Scott Conservation Park (unburnt).
