Auf der Westterrasse der Universitätssternwarte Wien wurde am Abend des 24.4.2010 mit mobilen Teleskopen Mond und Saturn beobachtet. Hier im Bild: ein 30cm-Spiegelteleskop, das gerade auf den Mond gerichtet ist. Am 24. April fand der Astronomietag 2010 statt. Er umfasste Dutzende Veranstaltungen in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz.

On the Astronomy Day 2010, transportable telescopes were used for observations of the Moon and Saturn at the West Terrace of the Vienna University Observatory. This picture shows an observation of the Moon with a 30cm reflector. The Astronomy Day 2010 was held on the 24th of April. Dozens of astronomy-related public events took place in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
