Description (en)
Marcus Tullius Cicero, sometimes anglicized as Tully, (106 BCE - 43 BCE), was a Roman philosopher, statesman, lawyer, orator, political theorist, Roman consul and constitutionalist. He came from a wealthy municipal family of the equestrian order, and is widely considered one of Rome's greatest orators and prose stylists. He published most of his speeches himself, 58 of them have been conserved in the original, of about 100 we know parts.
