Abstract (eng)
The present work highlights the questions: „What are the intention, the duty, and what allowed in confirmation classes?” and further on examines the angle between theology and educational science.
Primarily, a tool to survey the main objective in confirmation classes and to assess the guidelines and opinions of the church, confirmation aides, and confirmands in this regard was developed. Subsequently, the tool will be implemented and exemplifically shown in further analysis.
The hereby collected findings are hermeneutically analysed in the view of analysis criteria of affirmative and reflexive educational objectives.
Finally, the main question „What are the intention, the duty, and what allowed in confirmation classes?” will be evaluated on the basis of Schleiermacher, implementing the outcome of the questionnaire.
