Abstract (eng)
This study examines how teachers are making their decisions in their daily lessons. In school always unexpected situations, in which you have to decide and react in the moment, accrue. In this theoretical und empirical study the focus of this paper is on the pedagogical- tactful action of the teachers. The pedagogical tact is classified in the conflict between theory and praxis.
In the theoretical section (page 7- 40), the perception and the meaning of “tact” is the main theme. Johann Friedrich Herbart is the most important connection with the term, because he takes “tact” in the context of pedagogy.
The empirical-analytic section of the study (page 41-87) uses the method of Max van Manen named „Researching Lived Experience“. In this process experienced stories get interpreted, analysed and evaluated in tabulated form. After the transaction the results get associated with the theory.
In this examination the scientifical question cannot be answered finally, but there could be found similar themes in this paper on which clusters of themes were built. These clusters of themes present the result of the scientifical work.
