Abstract (eng)
The present work higlights the question: "is a change in the religious responsibilities of the examined candidates confirmation clear?" and goes in two different models, of confirmation in two different parishes.
A leadership tool is developed to measures the responsibilities of the confirmands in terms of religious knowledge, behavior on religious practices and reading comprehension.
The theoretical basis of this work is discussed in general competencies, the concept of competence of Weinert and religious competencies.
Furthermore, the two parishes, which take part of this research and presented their confirmation models.
