Abstract (eng)
The training of professional standards represents an essential development in the harmonization and international comparability of teacher education. The focus of this diploma thesis is on the one hand on the development status and communication of professional standards, and on the other hand on the study of (pedagogical) satisfaction of students and teachers with teacher education in the subject "Physical Education". Besides analyzing the topics on a theoretical level, an empirical study (questionnaire) was conducted (n = 110), which focuses on the processing depth and the personal importance of professional standards for students and teachers at different institutions (University of Vienna and colleges of education). In addition, the general satisfaction with studies is a further aspect that is comprised in the questionnaire. In the course of the quantitative analysis, a factor analysis as well as balance and relation tests were carried out between the target groups.
The results indicate some significant differences between different target groups regarding the processing depth of the standards. When examining the standards with regard to the personal importance, almost no significant differences are noted. Concerning the processing depth and the personal importance, there is a significant positive correlation in numerous standards, which suggests a basic satisfaction of students and teachers with the degree program "Physical Education". This interpretation is confirmed by the analysis of the general satisfaction with studies that identifies 46.4% of the respondents as very or fairly satisfied with the studies.
