Abstract (deu)

Ziel der Diplomarbeit ist die Überarbeitung der Monographie des Österreichischen Arzneibuchs (ÖAB) "Eingestellter Süßholzwurzelfluidextrakt" an die Standards des Europäischen Arzneibuchs (Ph.Eur.). Im Rahmen der Diplomarbeit wurde eine Methodenvalidierung der Phr.Eur. Methode "Bestimmung von Ochratoxin A in pflanzlichen Drogen" durchgeführt, um deren Anwenbarkeit auf den Extrakt des ÖAB zu prüfen. Die überarbeitete Monographie wurde um die Prüfung auf Ochratoxin A erweitert.

Abstract (eng)

The purpose of this diploma thesis is the revision of the monography "Eingestellter Süßholzwurzelfluidextrakt" of the Austrian Pharmacopoeia with the aim to adjust it to European standards. Therefore within the scope of this thesis, a method validation of the "Determination of ochratoxin A in herbal drugs" of the European Pharmacopoeia shall verify if the method can be applied to the monography of the Austrian Pharmacopoiea. The determination of ochratoxin A is now part of the new monography.
