Abstract (eng)
The aim of the dissertation is to examine the interactions between digitization and literature using Hungary as an example. On the one hand, the dissertation deals with the
developments of literature through electrical engineering. On the other hand, from the
digital revolution in the period of postmodernism and poststructuralism to different
stages of technical development in digital literature and hypertext literature are presented. The dissertation also addresses the relationship between author, reader, and work in
digital literature and discusses copyright issues. In the second half of the dissertation,
Hungary is analyzed according to the same points that were explained in general terms
in the first half. Concrete examples are strongly emphasized here. The inclusion of digital literature in education is also discussed, with some practical examples of teaching
the Hungarian language explained. Finally, interviews with three experts: with an employee of a publishing house, a classical writer who already publishes partially online,
and an online author. With help with them I seek answers to the specific effects of digitization in the segments of literature most affected.
