Abstract (eng)
Mephedrones are chemical derivatives of amphetamines and cathinones. Together these chemical substances are used recreationally for their psychostimulatory effects. This thesis investigates binding patterns of stereoisomers of different phase I mephedrone metabolites. Using methods of molecular modelling, docking experiments on a model of the human serotonin reuptake transporter were conducted. The created poses were analysed visually and on a quantitative scale using different scoring methods. The results show no significant differences in either binding mode nor scoring for the investigated stereoisomers.
