Johann Dryander, auch Eichmann (* 27. Juni 1500 in Wetter (Hessen); † 20. Dezember 1560 in Marburg), war ein deutscher Anatom, Arzt, Mathematiker und Astronom. Bekannt wurde er in der Medizingeschichte durch seine frühen Sektionen. Er führte die erste wissenschaftliche Leichenöffnung in Hessen durch.

Johann Dryander, Eichmann (* June 27, 1500 in Wetter (Hessen), † December 20, 1560 in Marburg) was a German anatomist, physician, mathematician and astronomer. He became known in the history of medicine through his early sections. He led the first scientific autopsy by in Hesse.
