The data sets were measured at an LTER site in the eastern reed belt of Lake Neusiedl near the Biological station Illmitz in Austria. The site includes an eddy covariance tower with biometeorological measurements.
The data set contains observed and gap-filled carbon fluxes: Net ecosystem exchange (NEE) with its two components gross primary production (GPP) and ecosystem respiration (Reco) as well as methane (CH4) fluxes.
Location of the eddy covariance tower: 47.7692°N, 16.7585°E; 116 m asl
Time interval of eddy covariance data set: 30 min
Time period of carbon fluxes: July 2018 to December 2022 (4.5 years)
File formats: CSV
