LTER site in the eastern reed belt of Lake Neusiedl near the Biological station Illmitz in Austria. The site includes an eddy covariance tower with biometeorological measurements. The data set contains: Drought index SPEI (standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index) with a 12-month time scale of the reed belt of Lake Neusiedl from 1992-2022 using daily mean air temperature & daily precipiation sum from UBA (2023) for calculation.
