Die kaiserliche Burg in Wien: ein Wegweiser für Fremde und Einheimische. Der Verfasser des Werkes ist Gerhard Robert Walter von Coeckelberghe-Dützele, auch bekannt unter dem Pseudonym "Realis". Er war dt.-österr. Schriftsteller, Journalist, Ritter und lebte von 1786-1857. Er schrieb u.a. heimatkundliche Werke und historische Novellen.

Gerhard Robert Walter von Coeckelberghe-Dützele (1786-1857), pseudonym: Realis, was an Austrian civil servant and writer. In 1794 the family Coeckelberghe, lower gentry, fled from the French revolutionary troops to Austria. Young Karl Gerhard joined the Austrian civil service as an accountant in 1806 and served until 1843. At the same time he published novels and historical-topographical writings under the psydonyms Severin and Realis. His main work is a two-volume lexicon of curiosities and memorabilia of Vienna.
