Vienna 40 cm mirror; diameter main mirror 40 cm, equivalent focal length 10.5 cm, former north dome. Made by Bernard Schmidt at the University Observatory in Vienna. A photographic device is mounted at the lower end.
Location: formerly in the north dome, now in the round hall. Around 1920

Wien 40 cm Spiegel; Durchmesser Hauptspiegel 40 cm, Äquivalentbrennweite 10,5 cm, ehem. Nordkuppel. Hergestellt von Bernard Schmidt an der Universitätssternwarte in Wien. Am unteren Ende ist eine photographische Vorrichtung montiert.
Standort: früher in der Nordkuppel, heute in der Rundhalle. Um 1920 herum
