They are given in two ways: 1) in txt files with the different models given in column (velocity, density, etc.) for a selected set of points along the radius 2) One can reproduce the models with the Matlab scripts that are given, and select more precisely the values. In particular, using the spline representations, one obtains the values of the different models in any point. An Arxiv preprint further provides more information on the computational steps.
